Try to include all of these foods and beverages in sufficient quantity within your daily feeding routine and remember that food eaten as part of a meal causes less harm than those taken between meals because secreted saliva helps to clean food scraps from the mouth and diminish the effects of acids, which can damage the enamel and cause tooth decay.

If you eat between meals, choose a healthy snack such as cheese, raw vegetables, fruits, and yogurt. And do not forget to brush your teeth after each meal with fluoride toothpaste, use dental floss and visit the dentist regularly to prevent problems or stop those already existing when they are still easy to tackle.
